Prof. Xuefeng Liu

Nanjing University of Science and TechnologyChina

National Innovative Talent, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Electronic Engineering and Optoelectronic Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He has organized and participated in core project research and development at Bookham, the world's largest optical communication component company, and at ASML's Optical Imaging Department, the world's leading integrated circuit lithography equipment manufacturer. In recent years, he has focused on participating in national major projects and organizing applications for 973 programs and major instrument projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has secured a Jiangsu Double Innovation Team Project. Over the years of research and development both domestically and internationally, he has designed and built 15 large-scale optical measurement and wavefront control systems, owning extensive intellectual property rights including 15 patents. He has published numerous articles in fields such as lithography engineering, optical communication devices, optical wavefront controller devices and systems, nano and sub-nano scale optical wavefront deviation, material structure and topography detection. His main research focuses on grating mask design, electron beam lithography and photolithography processes.

Prof. Guangbin Dou

A "Changjiang Scholar" of the Ministry of Education, a "Double Innovation Talent" in Jiangsu Province, and a leading talent in Nanjing's "Purple Mountain Peak Talent Program". Currently serving as the Chief Professor and Discipline Leader in MEMS Integrated Circuits at Southeast University, as well as Dean of Nanjing Jingxin Optoelectronics Research Institute. He has long been dedicated to innovative semiconductor technology and MEMS sensor research, with multiple achievements adopted by international renowned enterprises. In the field of MEMS, Professor Dou's participation in developing ultra-high sensitivity acceleration sensors has successfully been applied in Mars exploration missions, achieving the first real-time monitoring of Mars' core movement and promoting significant applications of MEMS technology in deep space exploration. The recently developed ultra-compact MEMS tuning fork crystal oscillator chip leads internationally in performance, demonstrating outstanding academic innovation and industrialization capabilities. His research has made significant contributions to China's independent innovation and industrial upgrading in integrated circuits.

Prof. Jinghua Teng

Professor Jinghua Teng is a Distinguished Senior Scientist and Senior Group Leader at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), A*STAR, Singapore. He has published over 260 journal papers, delivered more than 290 conference presentations, and filed more than 30 major patents, many of which have been granted or used in industrial collaborations. His research interests include two-dimensional optoelectronics, nano-optics and photonics, metasurfaces and metamaterials, plasmonic photonics, terahertz technology, and semiconductor materials and devices. He is a Fellow of OPTICA and SPIE.
